I got this bubble coral maybe a month ago. The guy that sent it did a terrible job shipping it and it’s damaged as you can see. It hasn’t healed and isn’t worse but it tends to get a little algae so I rub the area with peroxide on a q tip. Any suggestion? Leave it? Treat it? You can see the damaged areas in the photo.

Do not dip it. Placement is important. You need to get this to the sand under moderate light and water flow but at least 3" from other corals as this guy can sting. Bubble corals do best with low to moderate water flow. water flow should be just enough to keep the bubbles slightly moving – aim for gentle water movement. Anything more than this could damage the coral.
Moderate flow is needed for these corals to remove algae and debris as well as to keep them fed. They feed also at night. They do well in low light and these corals can be fed relatively large pieces of meaty foods like fish, shrimp, and crab meat in addition to small foods like brine shrimp, mysis shrimp, and plankton

I hope everybody knows enough to dip their corals before putting them in there tank iodine helps heal and the coral RX gets rid of pests somewhat I'm not an expert on Bubble corals however this is work for me the combination of the two works well together
