ok so i noticed my orange shoulder has a bubble eye also a white scratch of some sort on the side of his body but he is still eating and swimming normal all the other fishes show no signs of this what can i do to treat him i have a mixed reef with 150lbs of live rock so catching him is impossible without draining my tank are there any other solutions

A single swollen eye is usually a sign of an injury rather than disease. You can treat the tank with Epsom Salts to reduce the swelling. Use USP grade (plain unscented) Epsom Salts 1 tablespoon per 5 gallons. You can dose this twice.

This. A photo would be very helpful here to ensure it’s not popeye or flukes. Any scratching, flashing, or darting across the tank abnormally?

got home today found my orange shoulder to be dark brownish instead of his yellowish color saw he had 2 brown hash marks on his side threw some food to try and catch him and i was able to get him so i flushed him down the toilet lost a chromi as well saw no marks on his body do i need to do anything to my tank being i have other fish
