Bubble growth on hammer

Any thoughts on this? Could be a new growth? Pest if some sorts, or a bubble coral?

I'd guess a sponge but it could be easily be something else like a new polyp. Can you get a couple pictures from different angles and closer?

Clown and a goby. Various crabs and snails. This is a fairly new frag, maybe 3 months old.
