cant get my phosphates up for nothing tried neophos awhile back and ended still at 0

I have 12 fish my lfs store doesn’t have anything I’m in New York so don’t know any reputable lfs stores here

Could be a combination of things. The light might be too high where it is, maybe you can move it to a lower place in the tank. Also, if you have a fairly new tank and your parameters are not stable, this coral will have a hard time.

Gonna keep on eye on it and take it from there just needed to get advice I’m new to sps thanks to everyone who helped out

Perfect numbers aside from PO4. But that number alone is enough to kill SPS. Even under a Zeovit or Red Sea program, zero is no good.

I hear you on fish. Stock lists in our area are very poor. Our fish fly in the belly of passenger aircraft cargo compartments. And there are very few passenger flights flying East these days.

How old is tank? How long have you been dinoflagellate free?

Regardless of the answer, you need to keep dosing PO4 until you get a reading. Your rock & substrate has been stripped of PO4. Until it is saturated, you won't have enough in the water column.

If you can make a trip out of the city, try Life Aquatic in New Canaan, CT or Greenwich Aquaria. Life Aquatic is at the train station. Stock is still limited, but pick up some tangs and feed them heavy. You will be able to wind down the dosing with enough fish. Both stores should also have some BBG digi in stock (from my tanks).

Maintain moderate light and flow, assure salinity is not false reading and is truly at 1.025-1.026, temperature 77-79. Ph range 8.1- 8.3 and Alk and/or calcium is not high.
If you do not have these kits, take a good water sample to a trusted LFS and have them test it for you.

as far as salinity use a hanna salinity checker i dont rely on my apex salinity probe its never spot on
as far as test kits i use
alk hanna checker
calcium hanna checker
magnesium salifert
phosphates hanna checker
nitrates salifert

I thought I saw you in the dino thread. Now we know where your PO4 went. You will be back there again if you don't keep some PO4 in the water. I keep a doser loaded with this when my feeding does not keep up:
