Bubble in Seam

Bought a used reefer 350 and found this big bubble at the top of the glass today while giving it a cleaning.

Here’s what it looks like from the side panel looking towards the front panel

And here’s what it looks like from the top of the glass looking down.

The glass is 1/2 in thick and about 22 inches high. The bubble is just under 3 inches.

How worried should I be?...

i used to build glass tanks and that would worry me.

Would the tank have to be completely disassembled and resealed? And where would I take it for that kinda work?

Yes, that's a failure waiting to happen.

To do it right, yes taken apart and redone.
Local club may have someone that's done it before. Outside chance a LFS could do it.

In all my years, I've never done it. I have taken tanks apart though.

taking apart is the easy part! like most things, it’s not hard if you know what you’re doing. just daunting and labor intensive.
