I am looking to sell my Bubble King Mini 200. The skimmer is less than 5 months old and was purchased for $1,400 brand new.

The reason I am selling it is because I was unaware that Royal Exclusiv rates their skimmers on display size not total system volume and that their ratings are very accurate compared to other brands. I have a 120g display and was advised by Royal Exclusiv that this really shouldn’t be used on a tank less than 160g heavily stocked.

I am asking $1,000 + shipping for the skimmer.

You could adjust the pump to accommodate you tank size I bet. Just an idea. GLWS
I have tried that based on Royal Exclusiv advice but it didn’t do much. If I don’t sell it I might try and add a valve to adjust the air on the intake line itself.

do you have all the original packimg, manuals etc?
Manuals I believe I do. Packaging I do not. It didn’t come in a fancy box. Royal Exclusiv said packaging is not needed for any warranty claims so I tossed it because it was huge.

Great skimmer currently using on a 150 heavily stocked and I’d agree that it probably is too much of a skimmer. Slightly upgrading to a 185. Will see how it works.
