Bubble King not working RD3

I have a fairly new RD3 pump that has stopped working. It has a model 50 controller and its stopped lighting up. I’ve looked online for trouble shooting, and have found very little. I also attempted to contact customer support but got no response.

Any suggestions or troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated. I’ve checked the pump, and don’t see a blockage, and I’ve changed the fuse.

I would contact the company you purchased it from, you probably need something replaced/swapped.
