Bubble looking thing on nozzles

I just notice these round things on the nozzle, any idea what it may be, I am sorry if this wrong area to post, I am not sure what it is so not really sure where to post it.

Who loves bubble algae and why?
It will export nutrients and grow as it does.

Some of those that have macro algea tanks like them.

@F i s h y used to have a palm sized one.

There are myths that it will spread if you pop the bubbles.

@fishguy242 got me popping them with no bad results.

My powerheads were covered with them. The only place that my Emerald Crabs couldn’t get to. I took them out of tank and soaked and scrubbed them in vinegar. Worked great
