Looking for some help with my 3 week old BM B10 skimmer.
It runs great for 24 hours, then ... bam ... starts overflowing. I get it set to skim fairly dry because it's so big and only running on my 80g acro system. It sits in a constant water level of 8 inches. That it's doing is this ... the bubbles stay in the diffuser area for a good 24 hours, but when I go to set it at about 4 1/2 on the dial to adjust the level ... itll run great, then i come home and its overflowing. I'm so frustrated that I'm about ready to send it back and buy something that i can actually count on. Keep in mind, that i have 10s of thousands of dollars in corals, so i need something dependable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. After a very brief conversation with Seaside Aquatics ... I've dropped it down and it's now sitting where they recommend it, in 10" of water. Has been here for 24 hours and still nothing but overflowing. I'm so frustrated with this thing ... HELP !!
Video is when the bubble level randomly drops and it starts overflowing again.
