Bubble Magus BM-T01 problem

I have a Bubble Magus BM-T01 that has quit working.The setup screen works as it should.But the pumps do not come on when it is time for them to dose.The pumps will not come on in the manual stage either.I do know the pump are good,because I open up the unit and plug each pump in direct to the dc power.Does anyone Have an Ideal as to what part is bad? I check for any loose connection.Also can you buy part for the Bubble Magus BM-T01?
