Bubble Magus Curve 5 break in

Tank has been running for 5 weeks now. Skimmer was turned on July 10th. Tank has fully cycled and have 2 clownfish in the tank. Is it normal the skimmer is still overflowing and not breaking in? I understand it can vary from skimmer to skimmer but this seems abnormal. Skimmer is in 8" of water and dial is set to "Max".

Be patient. You still don't have much waste in the system. The curve series are great skimmers.

Think it would be worth it to add another fish or two to help with bioload and let the skimmer work?
