Bubble magus curve 5 or 7

I am looking for reviews on the bubble magus curve skimmer. Are they silence and skim well? If any body have one can they tell me how the skimmer is?

I have a 7 on my 90. It's quiet and works great. I really like mine.

I don't have the curve but I do have a bubble magus and that is the best skimmer I've ever owned. I use to be a reef octopus guy for years. Bubble magus was definitely an upgrade

I have a curve 5 - works well once it breaks in.

I ran a curve 5 for a few years on my 75 and it did great. Every once in a while it would overflow but usually only after i messed with something or just forgot to drain it. It would fill the cup about once a week and was quiet enough for me (couldn't hear it over my noisy system). When I upgraded to a 120 I decided to take a chance with a Coral Box D700 and it has been a little more touchy but overall it works very well too.

I have a 5 on my 85 gal total. Quite and works great.
