Bubble magus curve 5

Hi all,

I bought a bubble magus curve 5 last week. Plugged it in and has been running like a charm.Got nice skimmate from the get go. However, I just did a water change.Shut the skimmer off during WC, emptied the cup. And then turned back on after change was done. Got the Water level in the Sump pretty spot on to where it was before. However,once I plugged it back in, the skimmer wasn’t producing bubbles upto the neck where it was before. Is this normal? Should I give it a few hours or so? or a day to adjust? Thanks

How long has it been running after the WC? It's pretty common for water changes to have an effect on skimmers (or if you put your hand in the tank during the water change) but it should return back to normal in a number of hours. However, if it's been longer, I'd be more than happy to help you troubleshoot what's going on- I no longer own one, but I absolutely loved that skimmer!

Thanks very much! It has gone back to normal now. I love it already! 20x better than the old eshopps I had before.
