Bubble Magus doser not working?

I just set it up Saturday. Set date, set amount to dose at 3 ml, set to dose twice a day. Did the same for all three pumps. Hooked up containers and ran tubing to tank. Ran pumps on manual for a few seconds to get air out of tubes. Waited for time....nothing. Checked settings and all was correct. Waited until this morning’s time.... nothing. The pumps aren’t even coming on. I had the same issue with a second hand, hardly used Jabao that I returned. The LFS owner told me later that it worked fine. So... this is obviously user error. Can anyone help me?

You have to push the esc button when you are done programming to bring it to the screen where it says bubble magus and has the time. It should then dose ro ghe program you set... always push esc last I've forget to do that several times and messed up my dosing schedule

I did that. When I push it, it says Load and then goes the Bubble Magus screen. So strange.
