Bubble magus dosing pump bm-T01 pump 3 not working

I've only have had this unit for 2 months since February and i purchased it brand new from marine depot and I have only used pump 1 and 2 and they have been working fine. I go to use pump 3 for the first time today and it's not working. It's not in a humid place or anything.

I heard a rumor you were looking for help...lol. Seriously though, did you contact Marine Depot? Not sure what the warranty is but they've always been terrific with me. I think they have someone that monitors this site as well. @MarineDepot may be able to help.

Actually I got it working. Bubble magus emailed me back and they told me each pump should be used once a day. I had to take it apart and put it back together again.
