Has anyone had any problems with this pump? I have had to replace it three times in less than a year 3 x to be exact. First time the computer completely blanked out and never came back, the most recent was the clock function has stopped working so no dosing. Their customer service has been good but with a ***** undertone to the emails. Im indifferent because they have helped me, and I can understand from there point of view that three going bad in under a year sounds wierd, but common on for $300.00 i expect a better build quality. And what do I have to gain from pumps going bad, I have lost corals over it....... I test but once dialed in I relax a little which is the point of getting them. Im just curious if any one has had the same experience with there pumps longevity or am I just one unlucky guy?

That's good to hear, can I ask u where u located it? Is it near a humid area sump or completely away from humidity. Mine is farther away but I could move it to a different location.

Are you cleaning the pumps? I've heard the pumps need to be cleaned every so often. Soda ash for one dries hard as the moisture evaporates. So it can plug a line fairly easy. Just a thought, I have one but have not got it setup yet. Been moving and setting up tanks lol

Thx for the heads up mine has all been computer issues..... Pumps are fine. They just don't work when the computer acts up lol

For your own assurance I have heard very little negative.... Even when I search

Yea that's why I went with it. Hopefully get it set up soon. But at least know have good customer service lol

I've yet to have any problems with mine and it is in a humid area under the tank above the sump with the skimmer directly below the doser shelf. It's been about 4(?) months since I got the doser. Hopefully there won't any problems - maybe I will open the case up and put a few dessicant packets directly on top of the circuitry just in case moisture gets in there it won't corrode or short anything out.

Don't open it up it will void your warranty.

I think that's what's going on with me the humid environment is getting to the CPU. I would think for 300 bones they could seal it for ya..... I mean considering its made for an fish tank

Anyone think I should ask/ or think I should ask for compensation for some of the corals I have lost considering I'm on my 4th pump? In less than six months? All opinions welcome just wondering bc I have lost a few.... Some hurt losing and might not be able to get again. Due to fluctuations
