Bubble Magus Head Replacement

Have a Bubble Magus BMT11 3 head dosing pump and a the TS1 single dosing pump. Just purchased a head replacement. There are no directions, illustrations etc. included in the package. Don't want to break anything, so rather than guess on how to remove the old head and put on the new one I am trying to see if anyone can give me some information on what to do. Additionally, is there any other maintenance that might be needed while the head is off the unit?

May I ask where you purchased a head replacement for your BM-T11? I need to get one but can't seem to find it.
