I bought a “new in box” T11 from someone on R2R almost a year ago and just got around to setting it up. The power plug in has a short or something and only works if you push and hold the cord to the side. Does anyone know where I can get it repaired?

sounds like your plugs are not amping good contact inside the wall sicket. try pinching the actual prongs of the plug together a little bit. the slightly bent prongs should squeeze into the contacts inside the socket. it's very unlikely that there's a bad connection inside the actual plug.
