Bubble Master 250

I’d like your opinion. I am running a Bubble Master 250 on my 320 with about 400 Gallons water volume which is near ending Cycling. It is working fine and the two PSK-2500 pumps were added brand new a year ago with red needle wheel mod. I have had zero problems with it other than it gets stinky.
I will be planting about 100 frags and small colonies and moving over 10 to 15 fish some 5” in the 320 which will eventually grow. The tank will be mainly SPS with some LPS on the sand. My question is will the Bubble Master keep up over the long run? Or should it be replaced and if so what is the top dog skimmer now for 400G. I cant see buying a bubble king for 2 to 4K. The only data that I can find on the Bubble Master is that it will handle 500 Gallons however this could be over rated or for Fish only.
I am running about 2000ML of bio-pellets.

Thanks.

I am not familiar with the BM but most skimmer specs tend to be pretty overrated IMO.

How big is the skimmer?

9 " diameter X 21" tall. has like a 6" neck. When I bought my 180 it came with the set up and handled the 180 NP. Retail it was like a 900 Gallon Skimmer. I have been all over the web and the only manual I can find is in German. I am running bio-pellets and will need efficient skimming. I am thinking about the SRO-5000-XP.

Thanks.
