Bubble next to anemone

Does anyone know what this bubble is? It just popped out of no where

Very hard to say based on that photo and very little info.

It could be bubble algae (it's normally green), or bubble coral (unlikely), or some kind of sponge (a better photo would help.

Is it soft, stiff or hard? That color is it under white light? Does it have any holes, big or small? Is it attached to the rock or does it appear to have some kind of 'base' or foot?

It’s soft and it’s purpleish and it has a foot I would post another pic but it moved right after I took this pic and I don’t know where he went
 
I cant see it very well but it reminds me of a closed up anemone so I was wondering if the one below it split into two.

Looks like it could possibly be part of the anemones foot going through a hole
