So long as hes still attached and got colour he will be fine ...

thank you so much for you fast reply. Im new to this community.
Yes but you can see it’s getting worse and something needs changed I’d do a water change was this picture taken in a dark area or with the lights in the tank off?

I dont feed my anemone...only what he gets from the water when feeding fish ...he will move back into the light when hes ready ..

This picture was taken in a dark area of the tank for sone reason the nem likes that spot. I moved one time about 1 month ago and it made his way back to that spot

Just be careful not too change too much, it will get worse. Nems can just be weird too and act all odd. Mine likes to run in the dark

I would second this line of thinking especially for water quality. Even if you are “improving” tank parameters the nem might not like it. Mine was perfectly happy with sky high phosphates. When I started bring it down to a normal level the nem closed up for a week and a half. It finally adjusted and is back to normal.

exactly, I have learned of stability over perfection the hard way. I wanted to improve my parameters since my corals weren't doing too well but they were growing. Ended up having a full coral die off. Parameters swinging wasn't the only issue but it was that gateway that sent me down to a tank full of fish and no corals
