Hi All,

I have been having some issues with some of my anemones. Parameters for the tank is doing well but i have noticed some or shrinking and losing the length of the tip on there tentacles. I recently lowered my light settings being afraid that I was bleaching the nems and have a par meter on the way to get some accurate levels.

Wondering if they are bleaching or some kind of disease is going on in my tank because i do not want it to nuke my tank.

Attached is a photo I found with someones post that looks identical to a couple of my nems in my tank.

Here are few shots of my tank at the moment.

In my experience they like the light but having it too close could be "cooking" it.

Yes - I lowered my light settings to 35% around >200 par.

Also - removed a couple leather corals and ran hravy carbon as I suspected chemical warfare between the two.

Began to dose vodka to lower nitrates, as the bioload is kind of heavy in this tank.

Tank is doing better a lot better and thriving now.
