I was given a Bubble tip Anemone and don't know what to feed it or take care of it. I have reef energy A&B from red sea that i feed my corals and i was wondering if i can feed that to the Anemone as well?

Welcome to Reef2Reef! it needs a ton of light and i feed mine 1/2 a silverside every week, but it picks up floating food when i feed the tank as well, but mostly it feeds off high par light.

Thanks, i have the blues at 100% and the the rest of the colors at a lower %. that should be enough?

Depends on what lower percentage is of each color

As mentioned above with proper lighting and good water parameters, your nem will thrive :)
You mentioned your light levels, but what light is it?

Someone can correct me if im wrong, but spectrum doesn't really matter as much as intensity with Leds, they need a lot of intensity.
i mean depends some have less diodes than others so yea it can matter if there is only few whites and like tripe blues whites might not be as strong depends manufacturer to be honest, whites cant hurt to add if anemone isnt reaching up for light then its prob fine

Hey !
Stable clean water .
Light
Food (frequency is up to you) I do Mysis shrimp and use a turkey Baster to gently blow it into their tendrils
I have also tried scallop and shrimp

wait a while before attempting to

while anemones do need good light I would observe and possibly acclimate just like any other coral
