Bubble Tip Anemone Oozing

I put this bubble tip in the tank about 2 weeks ago and it seems to look a little shriveled up and not lively. It is also constantly oozing stuff from its center. The anemone has moved around a lot and I have adjusted the position multiple times to try and help it out. Does anyone know what’s going on or how to fix this?

They move to a position where proper light exposure and food born on the current will feed them and their symbiotic algaes. If it’s moving it is looking for food, light, or both, and I forgot to mention that they need a place among the rocks to firmly attach that will also allow them a shelter to retreat from storm surge or other environmental threats.
What par is available?
Does the flow in the tank bring food to it?
Does it have a solid foundation to latch onto? Loose rock won’t work out in a storm.
