My son and I new to saltwater aquariums. We have had our tank up and going for approximately 5 months now - 5 days ago I decided to get a beautiful bubble tip anemone ...the clowns love him ...he seemed to be doing well and now today he's flat ...he is still attached to the rock ... my water salinity was really high so I did a 5 gallon water change ... And we'll do another five gallon change but uncertain if he is dying ... what should I do ? please help!

Fix the salt level and it should be fine if you have enough light.
The reading for salinity is now at 38 it was off the charts the specific gravity was 1.028 that's with a five gallon water change..
waiting for the water to warm before I do another 5 gallons but he is perking back up his tentacles are out again and he's not laying flat I'm thinking this is helping? Right?

Most of mine Nem goes flat the next day after I feed them,for me it normal

Rodi water would be a more effective way to lower salinity, than water changes.

Yes, in the future make sure to top off tank with ro/di water. If your not using an ato. You want to make sure you replace the evaporated water with ro/di water. This keeps your sg in line. When the water evaporates the salt is left behind causing the sg increase in case you were not aware.
