My tank is 3 and half months old, iv been dosing all for reef, and testing every week, and my parameters i will include below, i got 2 radions xr30 g6 pro. And the tank is 150G. I few lps in the tank doing fantastic. I was wondering when i can add a bubble tip anemone?

Pocket marine, i test with salifert, and hanna and i input them. Its an app cost around 4$

Thank you! Yeah iv got new growth everywhere. Just was wondering when in the future i can add a bubble tip.

Seems like the consensus say 6-12 months before you can. I’m the same boat as you but waiting it out cuz I don’t want to risk losing a high end anemone

I thought btas are pretty cheap?

So you can find some fairly cheap, but you can also spend close to a thousand on some specialty ones.

BTA’s can ruin your entire tank if they die they are beautiful but really stressful. I would definitely wait awhile before adding one and do a bunch of reading on them. You may find they are more of a pain then worth keeping.
