Bubble tip anemone

I have a green bubble tip anemone and when i first got it he was big and beautiful now it looks like a shriveled up you know what and its not beautiful. What do i need to do

To be that high and out in the open I’m guessing it was searching for food be it light or meaty noms. What light and how often/what are you feeding it?
