ahh okay ya i have about 25 pounds of rock in my 20 gallon with a lot to grab onto and i use a Aquatop forza filter with a spray bar which gives my tank even flow and one powerhead.I provided mine with plenty of live rock with crevices where it could secure its foot, indirect water flow/movement (mine don't like to be blown around) and that combo has made them very happy. For feeding, I've seen people post not to feed them, I do. I feed them and my black saddle clowns, the same fresh wild caught seafood (shrimp, scallops, red snapper) that I eat, small pieces of course. I do this once a week. When feeding just my clowns, I feed them really small pellets with enough to fall into the btas as well.
I haven't fed my anemone since the first few months I had it and it went through a rough patch. I do feed my fish twice a day though, and near the anemone, so it probably catches some of the food as it floats by. As long as you have a nice, deep, crevice for its foot, they tend to stay put and be happy!!
its only been a day and once i put it in..it went right to this spot in the front of my tank..hoping it opens up better soonI haven't fed my anemone since the first few months I had it and it went through a rough patch.
