Bubble Tip or Aiptasia?

I had 2 Aiptasia show up on the bottom of my new live rock a week ago. Today I found this on the top of the rock growing among some cactus algae...

Any ideas?

I might have to. This is the 3rd one I've found in 2 weeks. I've hit all 3 of them with Aiptasia-X. I have 3 Peppermint shrimp in there, I was hoping they would help take care of any I haven't seen yet.

Gotta give the shrimp a bit of time to find them, they usually do a good job clearing them out.

ill a peppermint shrimp get along with a Harlequin Shrimp and a baby pistol shrimp?? Just curious, in case my tank ever gets aptasia..

My peppermint shrimp has got popped by my pistol shrimp a few times when wandering to close to his burrow. Hasn't killed him but he definitely stays away after getting popped.

I would take the rock out, burn the **** out of that sucker (2-3min direct flame) and put the rock back in.
