I want a bubble tip and don't know if the aqua sky 35 watt led will work can someone help me

I’m not familiar with that light but I do know that anemones thrive on hot, powerful light. I have three BTAS under some seriously powerful lights (500+ par) and they are happy as can be.

BTAs don't need a lot of light, but they sure do appreciate it. I have no idea about that light, but I would shoot for at least 150-200 PAR with them for the best success, but some people get by with a bit less. They will also thrive even more with more light. I don't keep any BTAs now since the split all of the time and get a bit invasive, but they used to thrive under high output Metal Halides.
