I have one. After sleeping for 8 months its started to grow recently. Let me tell you it looks just awesome with those new growth. I already posted a picture of it last month in my build thread but I will get a new one today once I go back home.

I've had a frag for a couple months. It is just encrusting now, but I can take a picture tonight and post it here. It is not that exciting to look at right now.

My piece completely browned out due to a high tin level. Im glad it’s one of the few I didn’t lose. I’m just starting to see it green up again.

Any one like to share some pictures of this hidden gem?

Here's a quick slide show of the Bubble's transition from wild chunk to captive beauty:)

Adam, was this a hand picked piece or do you receive just a box of unknown corals?
If hand picked what did you see from the first pic that made you think it was something special? I would of passed right over it.

It was solid green when i first got it, with the faintest hint of yellow in the tips. I mean you had to really try to see it. but thats what made me nab it when i did. Everything that happed after was just a wonderfull surprise.

I don't know how many of these you have spread around the shop but if so, do any look different under different lighting?

Here is mine as promised...its gaining the purple and new tips are getting highlighted. I would say don't go by its first look it needs a lot of love and patience to become a true beauty. I just love its look..

it's an awesome piece. my son is convinced your kids named it (assuming you have kids).

What is the time frame on the transition out of curiosity? When do you know to call time that something is going to stay brown/green vs waiting for its ugly phase to be complete.

Under standard condition and stable parameters generally anywhere between 6-12 months. sometime more sometime less.
