Bubbles at the base

What are these bubbles that have formed at the base of my birds-nest coral?

I cant tell with all of the blue in the photo. If it is red and filmy, it is Cyanobacteria. If it has substance, it could be zoas forming or something else growing.
 
if its green bubbles, its bubble algae. take the whole rock out and scrape them off without popping if at all possible. then rinse off, thoroughly, with saltwater that you are going to discard. Or.. get an emerald crab
