Hey guys just wanted to get your input. I’ve never had an acrylic tank b4 and I recently bought a 2nd but smaller frag tank to add to my setup. And I was just about to set it up and noticed some tiny bubbles in the seams. I just want to know if it’s safe or not. I have contacted the seller who I got it from.

I don't see why it would be a problem. From what I know acrylic is essentially melted together to form bond. If it was professionally built then they did a sloppy job. Judging by the small size of the bubbles I don't think it will have an issue holding water.

thank you for your input!

hi,what size is it,do see silicone on seams?? hard to tell in pics

How deep? Shallow tanks <10” water depth don’t have a lot Of pressure To retain. Looks like 3/16 -1/4” acrylic walls? Probably safe but not very pretty imo

i think you will be fine :)
