Bubbles in Acrylic seams?

I picked up a used acrylic frag tank recently, and once I got lights over it realized that there are bubbles in the seams. Should I be worried? Or is it just cosmetic but the tank will be fine?

I have these in my acrylic ATO reservoir. They don't seem to cause any troubles and I've never had a leak from it. I think its just rough edges where the blade was cutting the acrylic.

Pretty crappy seams; probably more aesthetic than structural.
