I was wondering what I can do to stop the fine bubbles that blow out from the return flow nozzles into my tank? It has a quiet one 3000 as the pump for the return.

This depends on how your sump baffles are built and what the flow rate of the sump is. Can you provide more details on how it is set up? Either that or pictures work wonders...

Yeah, pix of sump would be nice. If you're not worried about copepids, etc. I have a panty hose on my return pump's weed blocker

Use a flashlight shining through the sump to determine the source of the bubbles. It can be coming from the skimmer, but most often it is from the air being picked up as the water returns to the sump. One way to reduce these bubbles are by improving the overflow/drain with a "Durso", "Herbie" or "Bean Animal" drain. Another is to increase the distance the water must flow, such as baffles, and also using filter media or socks to catch the bubbles.
