Bubbles in the Sand

Does anyone know what these bubbles are that form in the sand? The tank is about 3.5 months old. The bubbles in the sand started showing up about 3weeks ago.

Yeah,
looks like your deep sand bed is gassing off nitrates.
It's a good thing, but your don't wont to disturb the sand bed too much.
