What are those bubbles in the surface?

Not sure I understand the question fully, but I will attempt to answer under the assumption that the question maybe "Where are the bubbles possibly coming from?"

Other than the typical bubble, maybe they are coming from the skimmer somehow. I would look at the skimmer closer to see if a air leak can be pinpointed. I can't imagine the source being very difficult to find, but hope that answers the question. Happy reefing. :)

I get bubbles sometime to , I think it comes down to either skimmer leaking bubbles , not enough flow, too much protein in water , or just causing by splashing if you have hob filter

Scum in the water that gets air under it forms durable bubbles like you have. Stop the air injection and the bubbles will disappear.
Test for nitrate and keep that under 20ppm may also help improve water quality and minimize bubbles if you can’t stop the air source.

when those bubbles pop they splash tiny droplets that can create salt creep issues on the sides of the tank.

Also, your skimmer isn’t collecting fast enough. Clean that and see if you can adjust it to collect more scum from out of the tank. You may need a larger skimmer to keep up.

or feed less? HTH :)
