Bubbles on my war coral. Disease?

I've had this war coral for almost a year. It's developed what looks like bubbles on it. Anyone know what this is?

Actually, it’s the polyps feeding tentacles & a positive sign. Meaning that the coral is in good health, appreciates the water quality & is probably wanting to feed. When the tentacles are out, you can place some type of coral pellet food or small frozen meaty food like my sis & the coral will feed on it. Fauna Marin has some videos on this, check them out, pretty neat.
