bubbles overflowing through top of skimmer

I think i've finally got my skimmer making the kind of bubbles I want, but now its making so much bubble that its seeping through the cap on the skimmer. Anyone have any suggestions on how to slow this down?

Either increase the volume coming OUT of the skimmer, or decrease the amount of water going IN the skimmer. Your skimmer should have an adjustment knob or pipe
