I wanted to know if these bubbles are dangerous?

They just appeared last night

No. It's most likely just oxygen being produced through photosynthesis. (algae growth)

Not a tank emergency. Those are things like, "everything is dead" or "my tank is leaking."

Those bubbles are coming from the dinoflagellates that are growing on your rock and are normal to be seen with them.

Good news is rarely are bubbles harmful . surface
Bubbles are a sign of algae propogation or even cyano/diatoms.
