my tanks is a month into cycling and bubbles seem to always gather around the tank at water level and I was curious on why this is and how to get rid of them so it looks better.

When bubbles form up making a foam it can be caused by a number of things. The two most common causes is there is a build up of protein in the water that causes the bubbles to form and float at the surface (can be fixed with a water change, and a lot of the time you'll get an ammonia reading as well if it's protein related). The second cause could be from something you added to the water like some medications

Do you have a protein skimmer? Also, how is the surface agitation? The bubbles can form at the top without a lot of agitation.

I don't have a protein skimmer. the surface agitation is pretty good but a little dead in some spots
