Bubbletip expelling gunk

ive had my bubble top now for almost 3 months. I’ve fed it shrimp, but haven’t fed it in 2 weeks. It’s streaming this hunk out of it. Is it expelling waste or dying?

Yes, almost a reddish hue but i guess that could be the lights
