Anyone know how I can get rid of all these bubbles, they keep coming out of the return pump.

You're intaking air into the return pump, raise the water level the pump is in. IT may be sitting in a lot of turbulence too which can cause bubbles. Ideally you want a couple inches above the pump at least and the water to be fairly calm.

That another problem, I’ve recently got this new tank and was told water level was too high so I lowered it now I have bubbles but my other problem is sometimes the chamber with the pump in completely runs out of water and the pump makes a loud noise any recommendations for that aswell ?

Gotta keep up with your water levels. Always better to just run the return pump as deep as possible so you don't get bubbles and don't run the pump dry.
If I see bubbles I know I need to add water to my nano tank.

Yeah that's definetly air bubbles coming from low level in your sump. Maybe share a picture of your water level?

Try and add more water until the bubbles stop. That's the level you should maintain- preferably with an auto top up system if you can (for consistency and ease).

FYI - air bubbles will damage your return pump due to cavitation. Is your pump by any chance louder than normal?
