I purchased a RO/DI unit from a person and the company that made it was Buckeye Field Supply. The filters went bad and I had to order new ones. When I called Russ at BFS to order the filters, he walked me through what I needed. I am not a DIY type of guy. Learning, but not mechanically inclined! Russ spent about an hour on the phone with me walking me through changing out my filters! Step by step. This was at 8:00 pm on a Friday! Not only do they deliver excellent products at an excellent price, Russ backs it up with the best customer service in the business. That type of service is priceless! I will recommend their products and will look to them first for any additional products I might need.
Russ, Thank You for such excellent service and patience! You are the best!

If you need a RO/DI unit, please go there first. Trust me you will not beat the quality of their product for the price you pay. The customer service is an added bonus!!!!
