Budget 30 gallon lighting

Setting up a 30 gallon reef on a budget. I'm hoping to not drop more than 100 dollars on lighting. Any suggestions? planning on keeping fish and mostly lps and softies, maybe a few sps

Spend a few more dollars and just get a viparspectra. That’s about as low as I’d go price wise
