Budget Frag Tank Stand Help

Hi everyone. I am getting back into reefing and would like to start a new frag tank. I know stands are super important to the integrity of the build so I don't want to completely chince out here. I'm looking for something that would be open sided and easily accessible, and could hold a 36x24x10-12 acrylic tank and a fairly large sump in the bottom here. DIY could be an option here.

I guess I should have been a little bit more specific, tank material will be acrylic, and beneath the tank is where I will house a similarly footprinted sump/ refugium.
