Budget led for 4ft 120g

Question for you guys because in a similar situation.
Switching my 55 over from fish only to reef soon.... I recently purchased innovative marine's skyye light 48" which has 24x1 watt LED at 14k.....will that type of fixture hold me off for a bit before I upgrade to one of these suggested products?
Bought this fixture because it was affordable and didn't want to replace compact bulbs anymore..
Just getting into the LEDs, always dealt w compacts, T5 and halides....
Thanks in advance!!

I have no first hand expirence to back this up but everything that I've read says that 1w leds just don't have the power to penetrate the
Water with the needed PAR levels. Mabey you could keep some low light soft corals in the top of your tank but I think that would be a real stretch. Hopefully someone with some first hand expirence will chime in.

i heard that Ocean Revive Arctic so26s are great light. Expecting newer models to be released in a few months

Thanks for the chime :)
I get some serious shimmering in the tank and sand bed is lit up,but have a shallow one right now.
Per IM they have 120 lumen per watt? But as you said and what I have read PAR is what I need.

I just got our first production sample of a new fixture yesterday, it's the Arctic T247.

Stay tuned. Any new info will be posted at the OceanRevive sponsor forum here on R2R.
