Budget, Lower Maintenance Nano Advice

My thoughts for a Softie +/- LPS 20 gallon tank as inspired by Inappropriate Reefer.

Light - Hipargero (does anyone have experience with multiple units?)
Flow - Aquaclear 70 + Hydor koralia nano (filter floss + intermittent carbon/gfo)
ATO - Autoaqua AWC + ATO
Filtration - 20 lbs reef saver + arag alive special grade

Will your tank be a AIO?
Unfortunately I do not have experience with the lighting or the flow you are looking at. But for a small tank like that any power head should get you the flow you are looking for, especially a softy/LPS tank.
As far as your filtration, filter floss is a good inexpensive method. Used it in my little 25 IM for years. Carbon is good too, just do not run it for more then a few days at a time.
