Real cheap? I've been using one of these and I am pretty happy with it. My tap water tests in the 140s, after it is 0-1.

I only use up to 10g per water change so I dont need too much

The one I linked to is only 50 GPD, so around 2-2.5 gallons per hour depending on your water pressure/temperature.
