I wanted to take a moment and show my appreciation to @Budman's Corals . They far exceeded my expectations and went beyond their responsibilities.
I purchased a variety of coral and had them shipped. Due to a delay with the delivery truck they spent an additional night in the shipping facility. Needless to say when they came in the next day they were extremely cold and not looking well.
I reached out to the seller and Chris got back to me very quickly and said he would be glad to extend the warranty time on the corals and if I would look them over the weekend he would replace any that didn't make it. I reach back out to him the following Monday and informed him that one of them did make it and seem to be healthy and unfortunately the rest did not fare so well, I included pictures. He promptly got me a replacement order on the way and said that the one he did not have any more of he would substitute. I was happy to see the delivery truck on time the next day. I was extremely happy to see that he replaced my $20 frag with a nice chunk of JF Heartbreaker!
My personal opinion is this seller went out of the way to accommodate someone who did not spend a lot of money given the standard in this Hobby. I hope this thread, Word of Mouth, and my continued business will help show my appreciation.
